Every year, a little town in Kawasaki, Japan gets together to celebrate penises. I think this is a pretty healthy thing. It was hard not to laugh at the theme, but the people who attendet this event deserve some respect. In my opinion, this festival is a really cool thing that could take place everywhere around the world. [Colin in Japan]
